UL (Non-Flammable) Recognized Factory

In the United States, when dealing with imported plastic products, regulations state that flammable materials can not be used. Therefore, our company has obtained the UL factory certification.



Researching and developing products that meet the times, is the developmental process that OHMI KAKO is currently following.
In order to be able to deal with complicated product shapes, we quickly introduced computer technology to the mold design process. By using the companies internal 3D CAD/CAM (Computer assisted design and manufacturing systems), from the design stage we use 3D drawings to simulate the entire process to make sure the entire process of the mold design is done as precisely as possible.
Through the use of computers to allow us to design precise models, we can better manage product quality.
After receiving an order, we begin design work at our first production meeting. We discuss in detail the functional characteristics, what forming materials will be used, etc. As well, we use 3D CAD/CAM technology to simulate the entire process of the products creation and to provide the figures we need to insure precision thus shortening the design phase.
